Palo Santo is used to cleanse a space of any negative energy, help the creative process, and compliment meditation. Our Palo Santo is sustainably sourced from Peru. Each bundle comes with a custom tag hand stamped with the word of your choice that you’d like to focus on and manifest in your life.

How to use ~

• Light the end of one of the sticks and let it to burn for approx. 10-20 seconds, allowing a coal to form at the end, then blow it out

• Take a few slow deep breaths as you clear your mind and become open to positivity. Imagine the day, current issues being washed from you and dissolving

• Focus on the word you chose to accompany your bundle. If your mind wanders that’s ok. Gently bring your focus back to the word

• From here you can walk around you home clearing the energy or sit comfortably and meditate. Enjoy
